Hi, I am Steve White, I hope this day finds you well and, I hope you will consider passing this message on to everyone you know.

I believe that all the population of this country over the age of 80, deserve consideration and deserves some recognition for the time they have contributed to the wellbeing of nearly every individual here now and for the past 60 or more years. It is time for the 80-year-old citizens of this country to have a legitimate benefit for all they have contributed to this country. That benefit is that they, every 80-year-old citizen, no longer pay any tax what-so-ever. Once an American reaches the age of 80 they have been taxed somewhere in the are of 80% of their lives and have now nearly reached the end of their lives. Once we enter our 80th year, we should never again be responsible for paying any tax, at all, Property Tax, Income Tax, State Taxes, any controllable tax. NO tax. There should never again be any tax that is our responsibility. This is a benefit that should last the rest of our lives.

Every person seeing this message and listening to what I have to say must pass it on to their congressman, legislator, and every other government official. The members of government continually refer to the“American People” and, well, we 80year olds are American People. Many of us will not be around for many more years. Some of us will live 8, 10, maybe 15years. The numbers of those 80 and older people who will be around for a long time is small compared to the rest of the population.

Millions maybe Billions of dollars are being spent on various programs in this country. Billions of dollars are being sent to people of other countries. It is time to look at what can be done inside this country, and it must begin with the 80 year old citizens still living.

There are 80-year-old people here in this United States Of America, working full and part time jobs to make ends meet, and in every case, the social security check we receive, just doesn’t provide enough to live on.

It is an easy fix, our government just needs to put this no tax for over 80 citizens into effect immediately.

If you are wondering about why not 65-year-olds, or 72-year-olds or 78-year-olds, my answer is simple, they are not 80.

This should apply only to persons who enter into their 80th year. Regardless of their actual birthdates, January first, of their 80th year, they never again pay any tax what-so-ever. There is to be no exception, not even based on a person’s wealth at the time they turn 80 years old, no tax applies. Certainly, there are people whose wealth would provide for them comfortably, but these are a small number of the total number of octogenarians and their wealth doesn’t necessarily add to their life expectancy overall.

There are citizens approaching the 80 threshold who need to have the benefit to look forward to. Please pass this on to every Politician, Governor, Congressman, anyone, anyone even remotely involved in/with any government position.

We don’t need committees or studies or some organization to review it/this. Our government in both houses and in every state can push this through immediately. It is not a complicated decision.It is the right thing to do. We need to get this done.
